Organisations and your team
Set up your organisation's name, billing details and branding, invite teammates as members, admins or owners, and what each role can do.

An organisation is your business on ShowTix — it holds your branding, billing details and team. Manage it in Settings → Organisation and Settings → Team. Events you create are filed under the organisation you're working in.
Creating your organisation#
If you don't have one yet, Settings → Organisation shows Create your organisation. Enter a name and choose Create — you become its Owner.
To join someone else's organisation, they invite you (see Inviting teammates). You can belong to several organisations; see Switching organisations.
Organisation settings#
Open Settings → Organisation. Owners and admins can edit; members see the settings read-only with "You're a member of this organisation — settings are read-only."
Organisation#
Organisation name — your public-facing business name.
Slug — the short name used in your embed and storefront links. Set automatically; it can't be edited here.
Billing entity name and Billing ABN — used on customers' receipts and tax invoices if you haven't added a business entity in Financials. See Payouts.
Branding#
Logo — upload a square image.
Primary colour and Accent colour — pick with the colour pickers.
Your logo and colours are used on your embeds and storefront. See Embeds and Storefronts and custom domains. Customer emails, tickets and PDFs keep the ShowTix look.
Email#
Sender name, Sender address and Support email can be saved, but customer emails are still sent from ShowTix — sending as your own name or address is not available yet.
Inviting teammates#
You need to be an Owner or Admin.
Open Team
Go to Settings → Team and choose Invite member.
Enter their email and role
Type their Email and pick a Role — Member or Admin (owners can also invite Owners).
Send
Choose Send invitation. It appears under Pending invitations until they accept.
They're emailed "You've been invited to join (organisation)" with an Accept invitation button. The invitation lasts 7 days.
Accepting an invitation#
The link opens a You're invited page at /org-invite/…:
Already have an account? Choose Sign in to accept, then Accept invitation.
New to ShowTix? Choose Create an account first.
Signed in as someone else? The invitation only works for the email address it was sent to. Use Sign in as (their email) to switch accounts.
If the page says Invitation unavailable, the invitation has expired, been revoked or already been used. Ask an owner or admin to send a new one.
Revoking an invitation#
Under Pending invitations, choose the revoke button next to the email and confirm Revoke. The link stops working immediately.

An organisation always keeps at least one owner — the last owner can't be removed or demoted. Make someone else an owner first.
Changing a role or removing someone#
In Settings → Team, an owner can change anyone else's role from the menu on their row. To remove someone, choose the bin icon and confirm Remove — they lose access to the organisation immediately and can be re-invited later. You can't remove yourself or change your own role.
What teammates can and can't do#
Today, an organisation shares settings, branding and the team list — not event management.
Each event is managed by the person who created it. Teammates don't see each other's events in Events and can't open them, sell from them or check people in.
Your Events list and Dashboard show the events you created under the organisation you're working in.
Payouts go to the bank account chosen on each event's Payments tab.
Shared event access for teammates — including door staff — is not available yet. Until then, the person who created an event needs to run its door, refunds and messages, or be signed in on the device that does.
Leaving an organisation#
There's no Leave button yet. Ask an owner or admin to remove you from Settings → Team.
