On this page
Your attendee list is on your event's Reporting and Check-ins tabs, and you can download it as a spreadsheet. Open your event → Reporting → Attendees CSV.
Where to see attendees#
| Where | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Reporting → Issued tickets | Every ticket with Customer, Type, Purchased, Paid and Status. Search, page through, Resend a ticket or Refund one. |
| Check-ins | The door view: valid tickets only, with check-in status. See Checking customers in. |
| Guest list | Comp tickets you've issued. See Comps and the guest list. |
| Waitlist | Customers waiting for tickets to free up. See Waitlists. |
Your event Overview also shows the checked-in count and your most recent orders.
Downloading CSV exports#
Open your event → Reporting. Above Sales by pool & ticket type are two buttons:
Attendees CSV — the full attendee list (door list), one row per ticket.
Sales CSV — sales by ticket type.
The files download straight away and open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Attendees CSV columns#
One row per ticket, sorted by surname then first name. Every ticket is included — paid, comp, refunded and invalidated — so nothing is silently left out. Check the Status column before using it as a door list.
| Column | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Name | The ticket holder's first and last name |
| Their email address | |
| Phone | Their phone number (comps show —) |
| Ticket Type | The ticket type name |
| Pool | The pool the ticket came from |
| Order Ref | The first 8 characters of the order ID — tickets bought together share one. Comps say Comp. |
| Purchased At | When the ticket was issued, in UTC |
| Status | Valid, Refunded or Invalidated |
| Checked In | Yes or No |
| Comp | Yes for guest-list tickets |
| Ticket UUID | The ticket's unique ID (what its QR code points to) |
To print a door list, open the Attendees CSV, filter Status to Valid, and sort by Name.
Sales CSV columns#
One row per ticket type, plus a TOTAL row at the bottom.
| Column | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Ticket Type | The ticket type name |
| Price | The ticket type's price |
| Sold | Tickets issued that haven't been invalidated (includes comps) |
| Comps | How many of those were comps |
| Remaining | Places left in the ticket type's pool, shared by every ticket type in that pool. Blank when the pool has no cap. |
| Gross Revenue | What you take for that ticket type after booking fees, less refunds |
For the full money breakdown — fees, GST and your payout — use the Payments tab. See Payouts.
The Door list button next to the CSV buttons opens the older ShowTix app and needs a separate sign-in there. The Attendees CSV has the same information.
Resending a ticket#
If a customer can't find their ticket email: Reporting → Issued tickets → search for them → Resend. Their ticket email is sent again to the address on the order. Customers can also find their tickets themselves at /my-tickets.
Using customer details#
Customer details are for running your event — door checks, event updates and refunds. To email everyone with a ticket, use the Announce tab rather than exporting addresses. See Announcements and messages.
What's not available yet#
Exporting the waitlist or the guest list on its own (comps are in the Attendees CSV with Comp =
Yes).Choosing columns or a date range for an export.
Times in your local time zone in the Attendees CSV — Purchased At is in UTC.
