On this page
Every ticket has its own QR code, and that QR code is what gets you in. Show it at the door on your phone, on a printed PDF, or from Apple Wallet — they all scan the same.
Your options#
| Option | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| PDF attached to your email | The confirmation email — one page per ticket |
| Save All | Your order page — downloads a PDF of every ticket in the order |
| Your order page — opens the same PDF ready to print | |
| Add to Wallet | Your order page or a single ticket's page — adds that ticket to Apple Wallet |
| The ticket page | Each ticket's own link (/ticket/…) shows its QR code in your browser |
You don't have to print anything — showing the QR code on your phone is fine.
The ticket PDF#
Each ticket in the PDF is its own landscape page with:
the event name, date and time, and the venue name and address
the ticket type and the ticket holder's name
your order reference
the ticket's QR code on a tear-off stub
To get it, open your order from the confirmation email (View your tickets) or from My Tickets, then select Save All or Print above your tickets.
Apple Wallet#
Open your order page on your iPhone (or a Mac with Wallet).
Select the ticket you want, then select Add to Wallet.
Follow your device's prompt to add the pass.
Each ticket must be individually added to Apple Wallet. For an order of four tickets, select each ticket in turn and add it.
You can also add a single ticket from its own ticket page — useful when someone has transferred a ticket to you.
Google Wallet#
Adding tickets to Google Wallet isn't available yet. On Android, save the PDF or keep the ticket page open — the QR code works the same way.
The ticket page#
Each ticket has a private link (/ticket/ followed by a long code). It's in the Open in the app button of your confirmation email and in ticket transfer emails. It shows:
the event, date, venue and seat (if seated)
the QR code and Ticket holder name
Add to Wallet and Transfer to a friend
"Show this QR code at the door to get in. Keep this link private — anyone with it can view (and add to Wallet) your ticket."
When a QR code stops working#
A ticket can't be used for entry once it has been:
Already redeemed — scanned at the door (each ticket scans once)
Refunded
Transferred — sent to someone else, which cancels your copy
When that happens, the ticket page says "This ticket is … and can no longer be used for entry."
Transfers cancel every old copy
When a ticket is transferred, it gets a brand-new QR code. The old PDF, the old Apple Wallet pass and the old link all stop working. If you received a transferred ticket, use the one from your transfer email. See Transferring tickets.
Problems at the door#
If your code won't scan, ask door staff to look you up — hosts can search their attendee list and check you in by hand. Have your name and the email you booked with ready.
